Code format

Using a predefined format for the Java code (and using it on the first commit of a file) can save a lot of merging problems. Furthermore a clear style throughout the entire project benefits everyone reading the code.

Since the list of rules would be far too long to place here. Geomajas has formatters for specific IDE’s. At the moment only the Eclipse formatter is finished, but work on a formatter for IntelliJ IDEA is in progress.
